The faster line through your operations
You didn’t start a business to answer the same message forty times a day.
The chasing, the copying, the retyping — that part can be handed over. Fifteen minutes, and I will tell you which part to hand over first.

Sound familiar?
Six problems I keep running into.
Which one sounds like your week?
-
Enquiries come in everywhere and land in no list.
WhatsApp, Instagram, the website, a missed call. By evening no single list holds them.
-
The real version of the business is in four files and somebody’s head.
Whichever file was opened last is the true one. Everyone works from a copy.
-
You answer the same questions all day, every day.
Typed out again for every new person. And when it changed last week, half the team still has not heard.
-
A quote goes out and nobody ever goes back to it.
Nobody decided to let it go. It sat in a sent folder and quietly became a no.
-
Nothing shows you how the business is doing right now.
What came in, what is owed, which job is late. The answer is three apps away and already out of date.
-
Your people spend the day on work that earns nothing.
Filling in the sheet, copying details across, chasing paperwork. None of it ever won a job.
None of it is a people problem. The audit tells you which one to fix first.
The solutions
What a solution actually looks like.
Five shapes the work takes. Which one you need is what the audit decides.

Whatever doesn’t have a name yet
Some problems have nothing you can buy. Those get built from scratch.
- An internal tool
- Two systems nobody connected
- Something nobody sells
- Your own product
None of these is the product. The product is the end of one problem.
How it works
How it works. Six steps.
From the first call to handing it over.
-
What the business is, who does what, and the thing that eats your week. I listen. If I cannot help, I say so and we stop there.
-
Forty-five to sixty minutes across every part of how the business runs. Who does what, how long it takes, what it costs, and what a mistake costs.
-
Written, yours to keep. The problem measured, and the opportunities ranked by what each one is worth to you.
-
We scope that one thing and agree what it does and what it costs, in writing, before anything is built.
-
Built around the tools you already use and tested on your real data, not on a demo.
-
Your team is walked through it. The accounts, the data and the system are yours.
The first call is free, and nothing is sold on it. The report is yours to keep, whatever you decide.
Work
Real problems, and what fixes them.
-
An assistant on Instagram
An educational business, three branches
The problem
A hundred and fifty Instagram messages a day, a third of them real parents. One person filtered them by hand. Twenty hours a week, forty in season.
The fix
An assistant answers instead, reads what is actually free as it is asked, and passes on only the real ones — details already written down.
- 150messages a day, before
- 20ha week, filtering by hand
- 3branches, one record
-
One system behind it all
The same business
The problem
Three departments, three sets of spreadsheets. Every question meant asking somebody.
The fix
One system behind all three. Everything lands there on its own, and each department keeps its own words.
- 3departments, one system
-
Every channel into one feed
A construction company
The problem
Ninety enquiries a month across four inboxes, one contract in four months. The owner answered every one himself, from site.
The fix
Every channel into one feed, answered on arrival in its own language, tagged with its source. The owner stops being the inbox.
- 90enquiries a month, before
- 4inboxes, becoming 1
- 3languages to answer in

I ran these processes by hand. Now I fix them.
Four years in a bank’s support team for business clients. Then chief dealer at a brokerage, reading markets and watching risk. Then years with property investors, running deals from the first viewing to the signature — a hundred small processes strung together. And a marketing agency with a partner.
I am not a developer. What I have is years inside business processes, and I know where they leak, because I was the one patching them by hand. Now I can build the thing I would have built then. I run the call, the audit and the build. No account manager, nobody to hand you off to.
Fit
Am I the right person for this?
-
This is for you if
- Something is done by hand, over and over, and it earns nothing.
- The real picture lives in spreadsheets, chat threads and somebody’s head.
- You can point at the part of your week you hate. What to build is my job.
-
It is probably not for you if
- Not enough people are asking. That is marketing, not operations — I will say so rather than take the work.
- You want a tool switched on with nothing else changing. It will sit unused, like the last one.
- A cheap tool already does the job. Sometimes one does, and I will say so.
FAQ
What people ask me before we talk.
What does it cost?
There is no fixed price, because there is no fixed solution. The call, the audit and the report cost nothing. After that you decide which problem you want solved, and only then do we scope that work and agree a price in writing. Never before.
I have tried AI in my business and it did not work.
The most common thing I hear, and it is almost never the AI itself. Usually it was given a job without being told how the job is actually done here — your rules, your steps, what right looks like, what to do when it is not sure. Out of the box it knows none of that, so it improvises. Often it was also pointed at the wrong task: something impressive rather than something that actually hurts. And it was left standing on its own, disconnected from where the work really happens. Fix those three and it stops being a demo and starts being a worker.
How long before something is actually working?
The call is fifteen minutes and the report is with you shortly after the audit. A first build is usually weeks, not months — because we deliberately start with one thing rather than everything. You see it running on your own data before we talk about the next piece.
Do I have to change the tools we already use?
No. It gets built around what you already have. Changing everything at once is how these projects die, and it is the reason your team would stop using it in the second week.
What if my team will not use it?
Then it was built wrong. If people have to remember to feed it, they will not. The work has to arrive on its own and the system has to be faster than the old way on the first day, or it does not deserve to exist.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours and it stays where it already lives. Everything is built on accounts in your name — your database, your inbox, your systems. The AI reads only what it needs for the job it is doing. When the work is finished, the accounts, the data and the system are handed over to you, with nothing that stops working the day you stop paying me.
Finish
Fifteen minutes. Tell me what eats your week.
You describe what is going on, I tell you honestly whether I can help. If I cannot, I say so and we stop there — which costs you a quarter of an hour.
