Montreza is run by Evgeni Gurkov, trading under his own name in Portugal, and he is the one responsible for your information. This page says what happens to it in plain words. If anything here is unclear, ask me and I will answer it directly.
What I collect
When you book a call. Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the booking questions — including your business and its website, if you give them.
What happens next, automatically. The moment you book, an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) reads your answers and looks at publicly available information about your business — your website and search results — then writes me a short research note, so the call is not wasted on questions I could have answered myself. That note sits with your booking in my CRM. It uses only what you gave me and what anyone could find in public.
When you visit the site. Nothing. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. It remembers your dark or light choice in your own browser, and that never leaves your device.
When you send me something. Whatever you choose to send — an email, a document, a description of your business.
The services involved
The booking calendar is Cal.com. The step that files your booking and asks for the research runs on n8n. The research is done by Claude, from Anthropic. The note and your booking are kept in Notion. The site itself is served by Cloudflare. Each of them handles your information only to do that one job.
What I use it for
Preparing for our call, doing the work we agree on, and replying to you. Nothing else.
What I never do
I do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — including the research note. Write to me and I will do it; there is no process to go through, it is just me. If you are not satisfied with how I have handled your information, you can complain to Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD.
