Who you are dealing with

Montreza is the name Evgeni Gurkov trades under, in his own name, in Figueira da Foz, Portugal. When you work with Montreza, you are working with one person.

This website

Everything here is written to be accurate, but it is general information about how I work, not advice about your particular business. Advice comes after I have looked at your business, not from a web page.

The call and the audit

The first call is free and nothing is sold on it. If I do not think I can help, I will say so. The written report from an audit is yours to keep, whatever you decide afterwards.

Work and prices

There is no fixed price, because there is no fixed solution. After the audit you choose what you want solved, and that work is scoped and priced in writing before anything is built. Nothing is charged that was not agreed in advance.

What you own

When a project is finished, the system, the data and the accounts are yours. There is no lock-in and nothing that stops working the day you stop paying me.

What I cannot promise

I can promise the work described in the scope we agree. I cannot promise a particular business outcome, because that depends on things neither of us controls. Where a system depends on a service run by somebody else, I cannot be responsible for their outages or their changes.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell me about your business stays between us. No client is named publicly without their permission, which is why the work on this site is described without names.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
